Rule: 256 KiB Limit

Why does Discord say a file is too big when your computer says it is 256 KB? Windows and macOS count 1 kilobyte as 1,000 bytes. But Discord uses binary math, where 1 kibibyte (KiB) is exactly 1,024 bytes—making the real ceiling 262,144 bytes.
